🌈 CIELO Return Policy

At CIELO, we want you to absolutely love what you take home. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we make returns simple and fair.

✨ Return Window

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of your purchase date (or delivery date for online orders).

🛍️ In-Store Returns

Bring your item(s) back to our Iowa City shop with your receipt or proof of purchase. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags attached.

📦 Online Orders

To return an online order:

  1. Email us at tom@cieloiowa.com within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number and reason for return.

  3. We’ll send return instructions. (Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.)

💔 Non-Returnable Items

Some items are final sale:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Custom jewelry or charm bar creations

  • Intimates and beauty products

  • Gift cards

💫 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

🤍 Exchanges

Love it but need a different size or color? Reach out—we’ll do our best to accommodate exchanges based on inventory availability.
