Return Policy for Online Orders: Returns are accepted for new, undamaged items. Please ship to 1837 Sara Court, North Liberty Iowa 52317. Once items are received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 3 days.

Shipping Policy: Items are processed and shipped within five business days. Standard shipping time frame is 5-9 business days pending potential USPS delays. Orders over $75 ship free. All orders are shipped using USPS or UPS.
